Introduction


youZstar connects talents, sponsors, producer and professions to contact each other directly. By creating projects and requesting the right skill to apply for any created opportunity. You will be able to get in touch with the right qualified person locally or internationally. 



 Our Solution

 
youZstar allow members to reach any talent by searching for a specific talent skill, level, location, gender, age, etc. Also, any member can create a project requesting specific speciality to join the project by adding the required speciality skill. youZstar will send notifications to the accounts matching the available opportunities then the interested members can apply and join the project. Other specialties as sponsors, producers and professions can create projects and invite all type of members to join their projects as well. Also, by using the event search tool members can allocate any event matching their interests, location and budget.  We use your personal data to help determine which opportunities will be a good match for your qualifications.


We don’t sell your personal data to advertisers, and we don’t share information that directly identifies you (such as your name, email address or other contact information). Instead, advertisers can tell us things like the kind of audience they want to see their ads, and we show those ads to people who may be interested. We provide advertisers with reports about the performance of their ads that help them understand how people are interacting with their content. Based on the geographical location, gender, age, nationality, speciality, skill and level.    

1.Your commitments to youZstar and our community
We provide these services to you and others to help advance our mission. 1. Who can use youZstar.Anyone can you youZstar as long as they obey the following points:

  • Use the same name that you use in everyday life.
  • Provide accurate information about yourself.
  • All the information about your work skills and history must be accurate.
  • Create only one account (for yourself). Then you can add as many specialties you want to match your current skills.
  • Do not share your password, give access to your youZstar account to others, for your account privacy.
  • We try to make youZstar broadly available to everyone, so we will expect you to follow our instructions to receive the highest value of our service.

    2. What you can share and do on Facebook
We want people to use Facebook to express themselves and to share content that is important to them, but not at the expense of the safety and well-being of others or the integrity of our community. You therefore agree not to engage in the conduct described below (or to facilitate or support others in doing so):

  1. You may not use youZstar to do or share anything:
    • That violates our Terms and conditions.
    • That is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent.
    • That infringes or violates someone else's rights, including their intellectual property rights.
  2. You may not upload viruses or malicious code or do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of our Products.
  3. You may not access or collect data from our database using automated means (without our prior permission) or attempt to access data you do not have permission to access.

 We can remove or restrict access to content that is in violation of these provisions.  

 3. The permissions you give us 

We need certain permissions from you to provide our services:

  1. Permission to use content you create and share: Some content that you share or upload, such as photos or videos, may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You own the intellectual property rights (things like copyright or trademarks) in any such content that you create and share on youZstar. Nothing in these Terms takes away the rights you have to your own content. You are free to share your content with anyone else, wherever you want.However, to provide our services we need you to give us some legal permissions (known as a ‘license’) to use this content. This is solely for the purposes of providing and improving our Products and services.Specifically, when you share, post, or upload content that is covered by intellectual property rights on or in connection with our Products, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content. This means, for example, that if you share a photo on youZstar, you give us permission to store, copy, and share it with others. This license will end when your content is deleted from our systems. 

  1. Permission to use your name, profile picture, and information. For example, we may show your friends that you are created a project or an event.

     

1. Agreement

1.1 Contract 

You agree that by clicking “Register”, “Sign Up” or similar, registering. You are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with youZstar (even if you are using our Services on behalf of a company). If you do not agree to this contract (“Contract” or “User Agreement”), do not click “Register” (or similar) and do not access or otherwise use any of our Services.  

1.2 Members and Visitors

When you register and join youZstar Service or become a registered user on, you become a Member. If you have chosen not to register for our Services, you may access certain features as a “Visitor.”  

1.3 Change

We may modify this Contract, our Privacy Policy and our Cookies Policy from time to time. I, we will provide you notice through our website, email or by other means, to provide you the opportunity to review the changes. If you object to any changes, you may close your account. Your continued use of our Services after we publish or send a notice about our changes to these terms means that you are consenting to the updated terms as of their effective date.

 Creating an account with false information is a violation of our terms. All the information must be accurate and matching the true qualifications for the account owner.
